Back by popular demand. Carbon-fiber composite Tuffwheels®! Long a favorite of racers, jumpers and freestylers, the Graphites feature sealed-bearing hubs in convertible 3/8" or 14mm axles.

Skyway's new Graphites are molded from our proprietary blend of long-strand carbon fiber and nylon. This new blend produces a wheel far stiffer than any composite wheel on the market.

Also available in the same sealed precision hub design are our original Tuffwheels with our newest composite nylon/fiberglass blend with the newest and best toughening agents available. Fast, smooth, and reliable; these Tuffs exceed the performance you have come to expect of genuine Skyway Tuffwheels.

These wheels put the power to the ground yet take the abuse of hard landings without having to true your spokes after every ride. This strength and stiffness also allow the use of higher tire pressures than possible with previous composite wheels.

New SKYWAY™ 8x2 Inch Wheel

Skyway has added a new 8 x 2 inch wheel to their extensive line of composite wheels. The 8 x 2 wheel accepts a large variety of non-pneumatic micro-cellular urethane tires as well as all industry standard pneumatics including 200 x 50 tire and tube assembles. The 8 x 2 wheel is built in two halves that bolt securely together making wheel assembly and tire maintenance quick and simple. Like all American made SKYWAY wheels, the new 8 x 2 wheel will stay true and is non-corrosive providing years of maintenance-free service.

SKYWAY™ Offers New Aggressive AERO-FLEX™ Tires To BEAD-LOK™ Non-Pneumatic Wheel Line

SKYWAY’S™ line of low profile BEAD-LOK™ SYSTEM non-pneumatic wheels are now available with an all new AERO-FLEX™ urethane tire. AERO-FLEX tires feature a unique aggressive tread design that is lab-tested superior for traction and rolling resistance in both dry or wet environments. Fast and hassle-free to install, BEAD-LOK wheels with AERO-FLEX tires are lighter, longer wearing and cost less than flat-proof inserts or foam-inflated rubber tires. AERO-FLEX tires will never go flat or require maintenance. Built into all BEAD-LOK wheels with AERO-FLEX tires is a new rounded shoulder design that reduces tire pinching when rolled next to walls or near other vertical surfaces.

SKYWAY’S quality BEAD-LOK wheels are designed with a positive non-slipping fit that locks the wheel and tire together. Five locking bolts bind the two nylon wheel halves around the tire preventing any tire roll-out. BEAD-LOK wheels are available in 8.5x2, 9x2, 9x3, 10x3 and 10.5x3 inch sizes.

All SKYWAY BEAD-LOK wheels are built for a variety of applications that require reliability, strength, lightweight, non-corrosive, and maintenance- free service.
